Individual Therapy & Counseling  

People seek professional help for a variety of reasons including treatment for anxiety, depression, life transitions, relational issues, borderline personality and other life stressors. We offer a non-judgmental and safe place where our clients can come to learn about themselves and grow. You and one of our therapists will identify the things you would like to change, and improve your understanding of yourself and others. You will set personal goals and work toward becoming a better you. We offer in office & online-therapy sessions.

Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision hours are those in which a clinical professional requires to obtain a clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.  These hours are performed and supervised under a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
