Service Description

Individual counseling is a series of present-tense conversations between our therapist and individual(s) without "too much attention on the role of past experiences." Sessions focus on a specific problem and taking the steps to address or solve it. Psychotherapy, like counseling, is based on a relationship between our therapist and the individual. Though often it has a longer duration than counseling, the goal of psychotherapy is to resolve the underlying factors that contribute to ongoing issues. *Package for Counseling|Therapy includes 4 sessions-$400 (savings of $200 dollars).
